Artisan Bread
The artisan bread from Wild Flour Bakery is made in the old world tradition of Europe. The ingredients we use are simple and natural. Our artisan breads are fat free, sugar free, dairy free (except for cheese breads), and contain no preservatives. We raise our own sourdough cultures and bake our artisan bread in a brick oven on a stone hearth. Each loaf of bread is shaped by hand by caring professionals.

Country French
This beautiful loaf is naturally leavened bread using our very own sourdough starter. There is rye and whole wheat flour used in this recipe and is good for a sandwich or french toast.
Pain de Campagne
Sourdough and yeast. Great for grilled sandwiches, french toast, and soup. Just a great all around large loaf.
Sesame Semolina
A light rye leavened with sourdough and yeast (no caraway seed). Great for sandwiches! Try it for your reuben sandwich.
Olive Rosemary
This bread is another cult classic. It uses Greek kalamata olives and rosemary to give it a very easily recognizable taste. Try it with pasta, chicken, sandwich, or salad.
Flax
Our new Health Bread. We use only fresh ground flax seed, white flour, yeast, water and a little salt. This bread is great for health conscious folks. Toasted or plain it has a great flavor. Do you know the health benefits of flax seed?
Multigrain
Whole wheat sourdough with sunflower seeds, rye chips, poppy, sesame, millet, oats, flax, and wheat. Great for you and great for the birds.
Pane Rustico
This is a traditional rustic bread of Italy. Pane Rustico dough is super wet which gives it the nice moist interior with a thin crust. Flour baked on the top and large holes characterize this bread. Great for dipping with olive oil or hollowed out for spinach dips.
Cranberry Walnut
This is what I usually eat for breakfast. It is great toasted and a very popular bread. It has a real cult following. Try this with turkey.
Asiago Cheese
Rolls
Almost all of our artisan breads are available for sale as rolls.

- Flax seed contains both soluble and insoluble fiber, which can help lower cholesterol, helps regulate blood sugar levels, and aids in digestion, which may help protect against colon cancer.

Want to freeze your bread? No problem!
Put your artisan bread into a sturdy plastic bag. When you need it, take it out of the freezer and leave it in the bag until it comes to room temperature. Then if you’d like your nice crust to return, pop it in a hot oven at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. It’ll be just as if it had just come out of our own oven. If it’s sliced, just take it out piece by piece. You can always warm the rolls at 450 degrees for 3-4 minutes. It adds so much to the meal to have warm artisan bread.
